General. A payment must be submitted to TXLawFirms.Net
before you will have access to your own
Control Panel to post your Law Firm Listing.
TXLawFirms.Net
accepts payment by
credit cards/debit cards through PayPal or
by Company Checks. You do not have to be a
member of PayPal to pay through PayPal.
PayPal also accepts on line checks. TXLawFirms.Net
also accepts Law Firm Check(s). Attorney or Law Firm agrees
to be bound by the terms of this contract.
No conditions other than those set forth herein
shall be binding on TXLawFirms.Net. This
contract supersedes any previous agreements
between TXLawFirms.Net and Attorney/Law
Firm relating to the subject matter set forth herein.
TXLawFirms.Net's only obligation is hereunder shall be to serve
advertisements of the advertiser described
herein, and in no event shall TXLawFirms.Net be obligated to serve advertisements for any
other advertiser or be responsible for any
down time that may occur.
1(b).
Sales or Support. A You can contact us
by using our Live Help Chat on the bottom of
TXLawFirms.Net page or via email at sales@txlawfirms.Net

Changes and Cancellations. Changes can be made via
Attorneys Own Control Panel. TXLawFirms.Net will NOT REFUND its
customers for any Cancellations. Once a
Customer has paid the Attorney Has FULL
Access to his/her own Control Panel. TXLawFirms.Net
reserves the right to change
any of its advertising specifications at
any time including pricing without any
warning to its advertisers.

KEYWORD(s) or PHRASE(s) TXLawFirms.Net
Gives the Attorney or Law Firm
UNLIMITED Key Words or
Phrases with YOUR PAID Listing. TXLawFirms.Net DOES NOT OFFER ANY FREE
LISTINGS WHATSOEVER. 4.
Listings. TXLawFirms.Net approves the
listings on first come first serve basis.
Your listing will appear after you post your
Law Firm Listing. Law Firms have access to a
control panel 24/7. All listings from
Attorneys or Law Firms will appear on a
first come first serve basis on the search
when a client searches for an Attorney or
Law Firm. 4(b).
Listings. It is your
responsibility as an Attorney or Law Firm to post your own Listing on
TXLawFirms.Net. TXLawFirms.Net supplies all
users with a control panel where the
attorney or Law Firm or advertiser has
access 24/7. You
can add, edit or remove key words. 5.
Payment. TXLawFirms.Net accepts
payment via PayPal or company check by mail.
We will send you an email after your payment
has been confirmed and cleared. 6.
Refunds. TXLawFirms.Net will NOT refund a customer for any reason
whatsoever in whole or part.
Once the Attorney(s) or Law Firm's pay for
their listing.
6(b).
Harassing Emails. TXLawFirms.Net staff, administrator, or employees will NOT
tolerate any Harassing, threatening,
intimidation and abusive emails from
customers or visitors at any time. Law
Firm Listings can be removed for such
emails.
7.
Rejections. TXLawFirms.Net reserves
the right, without liability, to reject,
omit or exclude any advertisement or to
reject or terminate any links, key
Word(s), Phrase(s), buttons,
boxes or banners for any reason at any time,
with or without notice to the advertiser/agency,
and whether or not such advertisement, link,
button, box or banner was previously acknowledged,
accepted, or published.
8.
DATABASE. TXLawFirms.Net Search
Engine has a database which it uses for its
customers and visitors. Visitors access the
data base on TXLawFirms.Net Search Engine. TXLawFirms.Net
Search Engine is for
visitors to find an Attorney or Lawyer not
for other competitors stealing our Database.
If you are caught stealing our database we
will prosecute you to the fullest length of
the Law. We record all traffic.
9.
Licenses and Indemnification. Advertiser/agency
grants TXLawFirms.Net the right to use,
reproduce, publicly display and distribute
advertiser's advertisements and collateral
information and warrants that advertiser/agency
has the right to grant such license. Advertiser/Agency
represents that the advertiser is the owner
or is licensed to use the entire contents
and subject matter contained in its advertisements
and collateral information, including, without
limitation, (a) the names and/or pictures
of persons; (b) any copyrighted material,
trademarks, service marks, logos, and/or
depictions of trademarked or service marked
goods or services; and (c) any testimonials
or endorsements contained in any advertisement
submitted to TXLawFirms.Net. In addition,
advertiser/agency represents that the advertiser's
advertisements and collateral information
do not violate any applicable local, state
or federal law or regulation. In consideration
of TXLawFirms.Net's acceptance of such
advertisements and information for publication,
the advertiser and agency will jointly and
severally indemnify and hold harmless TXLawFirms.Net
and its officers, directors, shareholders,
employees, accountants, attorneys, agents,
parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors
and assigns from and against any and all
third party claims, damages, liabilities,
costs and expenses, including reasonable
legal fees and expenses, arising out of
or related to: (i) advertiser/agency's breach
of any covenants, representations and warranties
made therein, (ii) TXLawFirms.Net's performance
under this contract, and (iii) the copying,
printing, distributing, transmitting or
publishing of advertiser's/agency's advertisements
or collateral information by TXLawFirms.Net. 10.
Limitation of Liability. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES
WILL TXLawFirms.Net BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL,
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,
INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FOR LOST INCOME
OR PROFITS, IN ANY WAY ARISING OUT OF OR
RELATED TO THIS CONTRACT, EVEN IF TXLawFirms.Net
HAS BEEN ADVISED AS TO THE POSSIBILITY OF
SUCH DAMAGES. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL TXLawFirms.Net
BE LIABLE FOR ANY
DOWNTIME.
